Casa delle Querce is a detached house standing in its own half hectare of beautifully maintained grounds. There are three separate apartments available to rent in Casa delle Querce, which was extensively refurbished in 2005.
Casa delle Querce was purpose built as three separate holiday homes, each home has its own entrance and veranda, leading to the surrounding garden.
At the side and above the house, reached by separate stairs from each apartment, is a 9.6 metre by 5 metre swimming pool, situated to catch all the sun. Shaded by trees, the pool area has a simply beautiful view right out across the valley. The pool is open from mid May to the end of October.
Casa delle Querce is in a rural setting, situated at the top of a hill with commanding views of the rolling Marche countryside and the Apennine mountains.
